Multi-Location Businesses

Every site bought the right tools, but nobody owns the space between them

Microsoft 365, backups, antivirus, cyber insurance, an IT provider. All of it real, all of it working. What nobody has checked is whether they cover each other across every location you run.

Security and compliance requirements reviewed for your selected services.

Start with a 30-minute conversation. We review what you can share, identify likely gaps, and agree what further validation is needed. Internal access, backup restoration, endpoint checks, and location-specific testing require an agreed scope and authorization. You receive the findings from the review we actually perform.

The blind spot

The gap is rarely at the site you are watching

Here is where it bites. Four situations, and every one of them happens inside a business that did everything right. The problem is not the tools. It is the space between them, and at how many locations that space exists.

You do not need more tools. You need to know which of the ones you already have is not covering what you assume it is at each location you run. That is the entire point of the assessment. One call, free, and you keep the findings either way.

The problems we solve

Three gaps that show up in every multi-location business, and what each one costs

These are the three we find most often. What each one does to a business. What closing it looks like.

Gap 01 ExposedClosed

One breach at one location puts every location at risk.

Cost to your business

A compromised account at a single site can give an attacker a path across your entire network. One location's gap becomes every location's problem.

What closing it looks like

Multi-layered security, encryption, and compliant infrastructure applied at every site, not only the one you are thinking about.

Gap 02 ExposedClosed

Six vendors, four locations, and nobody owns the stack.

Cost to your business

When something breaks at a remote site, three vendors each assume another one is handling it. The resolution time grows with the number of locations, and the bill grows with it.

What closing it looks like

Fixed-rate managed services with a single point of accountability. One bill, one team, every site.

Gap 03 ExposedClosed

You find out a location drifted when something goes wrong.

Cost to your business

Without centralized monitoring, each location runs its own version of the standard. One site patches on time, another one does not. You find the drift after an incident, not before.

What closing it looks like

Real-time monitoring and reporting across every location in one place, so you can see a drift before it becomes a breach.

These gaps do not stay small. Each new location you open is another place where they can appear. We close them before they become your next incident.

The cost of downtime

Downtime at one site does not stay at one site

Unplanned downtime now costs Global 2000 companies $600 billion a year. That is an average of $15,000 a minute. For a multi-location business, that clock starts running the moment one site goes down and operations shift to paper, phones, or nothing at all.

What we review

Nine areas, reviewed across every location you run

You do not get a technical report. You get the short list of what matters most, in order, with a plain English plan every person on your team can act on.

Nine areas, one review All nine, together, not nine separate checks

  1. 01

    Microsoft 365

Tenant configuration, sharing rules, and the admin accounts that rarely get revisited after setup.

  2. 02

    Cross-Location Consistency

Whether every site runs the same standard, or whether some of them quietly drifted.

  3. 03

    Email Security

What reaches your staff, what leaves the business, and whether a spoofed message to one location could still get through.

  4. 04

    Identity Management

Who has access at which site, and whether former managers and old service accounts are still active.

  5. 05

    Remote Access

Every path into your network from outside a location, including the ones opened for a vendor and still standing.

  6. 06

    Network Infrastructure

Firewalls, segmentation, and whether point of sale systems sit on the same network as the customer WiFi.

  7. 07

    Business Continuity

What actually keeps running at each site, and for how long, if your primary systems go down.

  8. 08

    Backup Systems

Not whether backups exist. Whether they restore, how fast, and when that was last proven.

  9. 09

    Endpoint Protection

Every terminal, laptop, and device at every location, including the ones outside your inventory.

How it works

A clear process. No guesswork

Every Multi-Location IT and Security Assessment runs the same way, around your schedule, and none of it disrupts trading at any location.

Step 01

Discover

We review your environment, systems, users, and compliance posture across every location you run. It starts with one 30-minute call.

What it takes from you: one 30-minute call.

Step 02

Prioritize

We rank the vulnerabilities creating the most operational and compliance risk across the number of locations you run.

What it takes from you: nothing.

Step 03

Plan

You get a prioritized roadmap of what would hurt you most, not a 40-page technical report your team will not read.

What it takes from you: a decision, on your timeline.

What happens when the gaps get found before the attacker does

Wire fraudBlocked
$350,000 wire fraud attempt, blocked.

"CloudSource's email security quite literally saved us. A fraudulent wire request that slipped past our previous system was caught and blocked, preventing what would have been a $350,000 loss."

David, who works in healthcare
Email volume
Phishing volume dropped dramatically.

"Before CloudSource, our inboxes were a constant source of stress. Since adding their email security, the volume of phishing attempts and malicious emails has dropped dramatically."

Common questions

Questions we hear before every assessment

01Is the assessment free, or is it a sales call?
It is free, and you keep the findings whether you hire us or not. A real review with real findings. If what we find is straightforward and your current provider can close it, that is a fine outcome.
02We already have an IT provider. Why would we do this?
Because the assessment tells you what is covered and what is still open, which is information you do not currently have. It is not a replacement pitch. What you do with the report, including handing it straight to your current provider, is entirely your call.
03Do you assess every location or just head office?
Every location. The whole point is finding the site that drifted from the standard, which is almost never the one head office is watching. Centralized monitoring then keeps all of them visible in one place.
04What happens if one location gets hit with ransomware?
Automated backups and high availability infrastructure keep the business running during an attack and get the affected site back afterward through a tested recovery process. Segmentation is what stops one location becoming all of them.
05Will the assessment disrupt trading at any location?
No. It starts with one 30 minute call and runs around your schedule. Nothing about the review interrupts a store, branch, or franchise.
06How does this work when we open a new location?
You get a repeatable, secure infrastructure standard, so a new site is deployed against the same template, not built from scratch. That is what keeps location ten as consistent as location one.
07Do we have to rip out the systems we already use?
No. We start with an assessment of what you already have, then build a phased plan that closes the biggest risks first, without disrupting any location or your day to day.
